Then come and join our global team as Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits (f/m/d) to ensure operational excellence, documentation of processes and knowledge management for all global compensation processes.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average of 60% of your working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minumum of 30h/week.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You analyze and optimize all processes in the compensation area and implement measures for the continuous improvement of all compensation processes, taking into account process efficiency, customer perspectives, time and budget. 
  • In close collaboration with the IT and Data Privacy Organization, you ensure compliance with data privacy and data security requirements advise subject matter experts on all data privacy topics.
  • You coordinate and evaluate the demands from global HR business partners, global Centers of Expertise in HR and define the digitization strategy for the Compensation Center of Expertise.
  • You will take responsibility in managing global, cross-functional projects (e.g. introduction of a global HR sytem) and functionally supervise the respective subject matter experts.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a completed univerity degree (master's or diploma ) in business administration, business information systems or a comparable discipline.
  • You have excellent in depth knowledge in analyzing and optimizing processes and are experienced in dealing with complex data and information structures in complex matrix organiations.
  • You have a successful track record in managing projects without disciplinary responsibility in complex matrix organizations. You understand their dynamic and are particulary enthusiastic about the management of cross-functional interfaces using agile methods.
  • You have additional several years of experience in data protection law and IT security.
  • You are an expert, but you can also clearly articulate your recommendations to an executive audience with the right level of abstraction while keeping the essence of your message intact.

  • You have an open-minded personality, are convincing and confident and have excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility, a team-oriented, structured working style and a high level of commitment. Further, you hold the ability to suceed and create structure in fast paced, ambigious, high-volume environment with constantly evolving priorities.
