Siemens Healthineers is looking for a skilled and collaborative Laboratory Operations Team Leader in Llanberis.

Working cross-functionally within CRM Laboratory Operations, the Team Leader will be responsible for the effective management, planning, ordering and stock control for the supply of necessary materials, sundry equipment and consumables to all departments in a timely manner to support the manufacture of Immulite assay components.

In your first few weeks in this Team Leader role, you can expect to:

  • Coach the team and ensure effective training, development and induction
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working area and adherence to EHS requirements
  • Monitor performance to ensure relevant targets are met
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

To apply for this Laboratory Operations Team Leader role, you will need to be a postgraduate or graduate in a science discipline or relevant industry experience. You will also require the following:

  • Computer literacy (advanced)
  • Relevant transferrable experience
  • Demonstrable experience in environment within laboratories
  • Knowledge of immunoassay (basic).
