Siemens Healthineers is looking for an experienced Quality Control Technician to join a collaborative and inclusive team in Llanberis.

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and performing quality checks on various techniques and related processes as well as providing general lab-based technical support to a team of scientists. You will also plan daily work such that all activities tasks are completed as per requirements of the team.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

· Perform laboratory biochemical techniques relating to protein purification and conjugation processes

· Carry out calibration or maintenance of any personal or assigned equipment as specified in relevant procedures

· Maintain GMP and GLP standards within the work environment.

To apply for this laboratory role, you will need a degree in a relevant science discipline or laboratory/industrial experience. You will also require the following:

· Knowledge of Immunoassay/in-vitro diagnostics

· Laboratory experience and ideally protein purification and conjugation

· Good communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems.
