SLD Risk Control Officer

Job Description

He / She will be responsible for:
? To establish internal control process and auditing scheme for SLD and its factories, according to PCMB, ensuring coherence with Siemens Financial Guideline and Standards, policies, and procedures, and make adoption to respective processes.
? Signature Mandate definition and its implementation
? Circular Management
? Enterprise Risk Management.
? Co-ordination and liaison between Divisional and Corporate functions, such as Tax, Accounting &Controlling (A&C), and our internal /external auditors
? Special Project Support, on an ad-hoc basis, to provide support to the strategic projects.
Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
? 6 + years of experience in key financial functions and big firms.
? Familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemens would be value added
? Be open-minded for changes / new opportunities
Professional Knowledge
? Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS and PRC GAAP
? Knowledge of Accounting regulations, CPA etc accounting certificate would be plus
? Fluent in English and Chinese
Technologies:
? SAP/SAC: Finance and Accounting related modules
? Microsoft Office Tools. BI tools skill is a plus
Business experience:
? Financial excellence expertise, e.g., General Ledger, Financial Statements
Soft skill:
? Analytical and logical thinking skill, fast learner and growth mindset to changing environment
? Strong coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
? Ownership mindset to actively drive business and organization excellence
