Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

Job brief 
We are looking for a creative Product Marketing Manager to lead our internal and external marketing activities. 
You’ll be responsible for creating our products and solutions marketing material and activities in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. 
For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns, seminar, social media channels …. 
Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable material and plans to position and promote our products and solution together with PLM & BD. You will be working with various departments to successfully promote our products and solutions and implement new marketing techniques. You must have good time management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. 

Responsibilities 
• Becoming familiar with company products 
• Translate technical details into benefits for the user 
• Develop product marketing strategies (advertising, product launching)(Basic) 
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) 
• Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies and execute 
• Researching trending keywords and marketing innovations. 
• Planning product launches together with other teams 
• Collaborating with the division marketing team, creating materials that highlight the product’s features and benefits together with the PLM team. 
• Supporting sales teams in how to explain product benefits to potential customers 
• Determining the type of marketing and advertising content that must be produced and distributed, such as for print, digital, or social media. 
• Collaborating with writers and other content creators, both internal and external, to create the desired content. 
• Working closely with the PLM team to educate internal and external stakeholders on the features and benefits of our product. 
• Reporting to stakeholders on the progress of marketing initiatives. 
• Actively participating in decisions about strategies, plans, campaigns, distribution channels, and content types, among others. 
• Creating and managing the product’s promotion budgets. 
• Organizing the plan’s cross-functional implementation, as well as the release of new and existing products. 
• Maintaining contact with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the product are effectively managed. 
• Controlling the planning and execution of trade shows and events, from booth design to on-site logistics, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with outside vendors whose goods or services the product will require. 

 Requirements and skills 
• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role 
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus 
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) 
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends) 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Creativity 
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills 
• A degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 
• Prior experience working in marketing. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related field. 
• Familiar with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office 
• Strong project management skills. 
• Ability to solve problems and think creatively. 
• Strong planning and communication skills. 
• The ability to evaluate relevant data and make sound decisions. 
• The ability to prioritize project tasks and responsibilities.
