• Knowledge of Fire Alarm and Building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of building construction process
• Fluent in English language
• Fluent in French language (those assigned to support Quebec)
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
• Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from
• Customers and internal partners to consistently manage time
• Effectively and meet established deadlines.

• Diploma preferred
• 5+ years Fire Life Safety systems successful experience with
• demonstrated competencies in Fire Alarm Supervisory Systems,
• Fire and Smoke Detection, Audible/Visual Notification, Suppression
• Systems, and Mass Notification.
• Prefer NICET II Certification, attain within 12 months of hire date
• Prefer experience using an Estimating/Quoting system
• Able to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Able to design a Networked Fire Life Safety System with Smoke Control and Suppression Systems
• Knowledge of Networking into other Building Systems and 3rd Party Products
