Then come and join our global team as Service Alignment Strategist (f/m/d) to support the further development of our IT strategy with regards to the strategic Portfolio Management and IT roadmap.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You, as Service Alignment Strategist assist in the development of overall IT Strategy, aligned to the outcomes defined in the overall Business Strategy
  • You will provide input to the Portfolio Management process in terms of strategic IT goals and directives
  • You will support the definition and maintenance of the governance guidelines and structure for IT within Service Management Portfolio team
  • You will provide input for organizational development
  • You will proactively capture right digital opportunities, make the right investments, scope requirements, and deliver results based on proof
  • You will identify and develop digital capabilities & ecosystem partnerships in alignment with organization’s digital objectives
  • You will consult the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools, to match overall business requirements (both current and future), ensuring consistency across all user groups

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a completed master’s degree in the field of (business) informatics or comparable
  • You have first experience in Service Strategy and/or Service Portfolio Management
  • You have basic experience in IT Service Management (coordination between different roles (e.g., Service Owner, Service Representatives)
  • You have a solid knowledge of current trends, processes and procedures in the area of IT strategy, platforms and technologies using well-known process models (e.g., SAFe)
  • You are experienced in preparing and conducting workshops, visual communication, trainings, guidelines, awareness sessions, competency sessions Service Owner, Application Manager, and competency sessions

Your attributes and skills:

  • To operate successfully in our international work environment, you speak fluently English; German language skills are an additional plus
  • You understand how the problem fits into the larger picture and are able to articulate the problem and help others to articulate it
  • You give direction on which tools or methods to use to provide the best service for the end user. You are able to bring insights and expertise in how user needs have changed over time to ensure these are met by the business
  • We step boldly – You demonstrate ambition to develop new initiatives to the Service Owner and Application Manager communities
