·       Experience of requirements capture and validation of requirements with ability to manage process through life of program. Using DOORS tool.

1. Manage the requirements on engineering projects, ensuring they are fully documented and traceable in line with the Requirements Management Plan.
2. Capture all stakeholder requirements in the DOORS tools.
3. Validate requirements with respect to Stakeholder Requirements - both internal and external.
4. Review Requirements with Subject Matter Experts and Test Engineers
5. Provide status reports for requirements capture, validation and verification.
6. Identify risks, assess risks working with various stakeholders within the organization
7. Work with stakeholders to identify and assess product risks. Must have the ability to think clearly to root causes and make logical decisions. Should have the ability to recommend, convince, and implement the most pragmatic solutions
8. Establish traceability between system function specifications and respective product requirements
9. Collaborate with various product development teams in clarifying and explaining product requirements
10. Support to implement requirements properly, including clarifying on any requirements, design reviews and other reviews as applicable
11. Support the Engineering change process, and requests received during an NPI project.
12. Be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with internal suppliers and customers.
13. Any other reasonable duties as required.

• Bachelors or Master’s in Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics engineering etc.,
• Should have 8-10 years of total experience, with minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering in an international organization.
• Mandatory to have strong experience in DOORS tool.
• Strong experience in requirements management and interfaces management
• Should be strong in capturing product level requirements and documenting them
• Experience of working in 2 to 3 full life cycle projects
• Must have had cross-functional experience working with various cross-functional teams globally
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
• Strong, analytic and decision-making skills • Possess strong positive attitude, responsible and ownership mindset
• Ability to work as an individual contributor • Occasional business related domestic and international travel required.
