We are looking for self-driven individuals project management professionals for our future Energy service projects. We need smart engineers who bring skills, creativity, and dedication to the table and help us in bringing value in project execution. He/she must be agile and work in the most optimal way by leveraging digitalization.
Functional Responsibilities:
• Manage project implementation activities for complex projects of gas turbines and large steam turbines involving
package upgrades including F&G (Fire and Gas) protection upgrades, repairs and long term service agreements.
• Create and maintaining an overall project schedule based on agreed milestones, firmly establishing it with internal and
external partners and achieve the project objectives within budget and on time.
• Implementation of Project Management process & project KPI’s, develop project planning, schedule, timely delivery
and control.
• Analyzing contractual obligations, Technical & Commercial specifications, Identify and analysis of business risk for the
company and develop mitigation measures, action plan and its implementation to increase project profitability.
• Liaises with engineering for development of engineering drawings and customer approval to ensure timely delivery of
project deliverables.
• Organizing the project team and the stake holders.
• Develop cost and margin analysis, risks & opportunities, cash flow aspects, scope management, changes, quality, time
schedule and progress reporting.
• Effectively obtain, develop, and communicate technical information to both suppliers and customers regarding scopes
of supply and services (internal as well as external)
• HAZOP study and other requirements for firefighting system
• Coordination & Interaction with Customers / Vendors and other concerned authorities, Site & Factory visits and
witnessing performance tests at vendor premises.
• Maintain continuously the client relationship by regular customer contacts and meetings IN ORDER TO increase
customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling of engineering activities.
• Working with Regional Sales personnel during bid phase to identify customer’s project requirements, risk evaluation.
• Resolve all project related queries from site team.
• Always adheres to compliance & Business Conduct Guideline
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• IPM A Certificate is mandatory.
Experience
• 10+ years in project management including minimum 4+ yrs in execution of Fire & Gas Protection and detection
projects.
Desired Experience
• Knowledge of Fire and Gas Protection and detection in power plants/Oil and Gas industry (Industrial Gas Turbines /
Large Steam Turbine / Large Gas Turbine / Generators/ Balance of Plant equipment and process), preferably in F&G (fire
and gas) protection and detection field.
• Knowledge of basic engineering – Preparation of Package Concepts / Design Basis and Technical Specification including
Tender Drawings.
• Detail Engineering & Technical support for Site Execution & Commissioning.
• Knowledge of Industrial safety practices
• Efficient in the use of SAP, MS Office.
• Supply Management & Logistics
• Must be self-motivated, results oriented, effectively managing multiple tasks and be flexible to work well under tight
schedules in a fast-paced team environment
