Job Description

The role offers a wide variety of interesting and challenging opportunities to the right candidate to join our Existing Customers Sales Team at Siemens Regional Solution & Services (SI RSS)! As Siemens RSS, we offer smart building solutions and services, energy efficiency and digitalization solutions to our customers. We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who will work to increase market penetration and customer share of wallet!

What part will you play?

Proactively engage existing customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach. Uses remote communication channels Video Chats, telephone, social media to interact with existing customers.

Secures personal touch point to identify, follow up and close business opportunities in the defined areas and volumes.

Responsible for selling spare parts, on-call site/remote services, renewal of service agreements in the defined scope.

Analyses end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process.

Investigates and pre-qualifies customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact.

Hands over selected high potential customers to portfolio/area sales professionals.

Lead a sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities.

Constantly grows the pipeline Uses Sales Force CRM for all activities.

Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforce CRM.

Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to achieve goal / meet customer needs.

Maintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team.

Being active part of a core team which develops service operation platform.

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Basic level knowledge of Fire Safety/ Security /Building Automation Systems.
  • 2+ years of sales/product management/engineering/site service experience in related fields.
  • Mid-level command of English both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused.
  • Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level.
  • Willing to work mostly home office based.
