Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced administrator to fill a vacant position in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from order entry to collection. She/he will ensure timely order entry, correct ordering, will follow up on schedules and control all related cost. The position is located in Wendell, NC and reports to the Manager of Contract Administration.


  • Enter and validate customer orders against purchase Order and original Proposal.
  • Process credits, returns, repairs and warranty orders as needed.
  • Requisition parts and deliveries for the customer order.
  • Close coordination with customer, factories and project management throughout the execution of the contract
  • Primary contact for administrative and contract question for customer

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • BS/BA in Finance or related area required, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • SAP R/3, SD and PS Module
  • experience
  • Proficiency with standard accounting principles.
