Are you an experienced SEO analyst?
We are seeking a skilled SEO Analyst with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will help develop, document, report on and implement impactful SEO strategies. They can both understand and translate search data into relevant and wildly productive communication within a team. This role is a mix of high-level strategy & analysis and on-the-ground, in-the-weeds effort. You’ll identify the problem, research & provide the solution, and work with partners on the search team & beyond to implement & optimize. Does this sound like you? Make your mark and join our team!

What you will do:
• Develop new SEO strategies and tactics based on analysis of our datasets
• Build reports to support SEO requests, tests, forecasting, etc.
• Research and implement global SEO keyword strategies for key web properties, advancing keyword rankings in Google and
other search engines.
• Track organic rankings and traffic to key site sections by measuring keyword positions, search volume, and overall site visibility and ranking using Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Provide daily and monthly reporting of traffic performance and keyword rankings, and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Leads search and content optimization efforts that translate into improved search ranking, conversion, and consumer engagement
• Provide thought leadership on emerging web technologies for SEO opportunities, articulate the potential impact, and deliver
development-ready requirements
• Leverage available toolset to conduct recurring & detailed technical SEO audits related to performance
• Assess large-scale, high-profile projects for SEO impact and provide practical feedback
• Research, develop, and help drive large-scale solutions with test-and-learn opportunities
• Produce simple & direct explanations of complex SEO issues & challenges
• Provide an SEO perspective & ensure SEO considerations are accounted for in multi-functional initiatives
• Strong competitive research background, with the ability to clearly detail and track competition’s presence and define pathways to outrank and dethrone.
• As the SEO authority, work alongside Acquisition Search team to improve lead acquisition user experience through digital media tactics

Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, English, Business, Sales, Computer Science, Web Development, Psychology,
Sociology, or a related field of study
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing & driving lead generation
• Excellent understanding of SEO/digital paid media standard processes, Google Ads, Google Analytics, A/B Testing as well as
a solid understanding of current and emerging trends and technologies
• Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Conductor SEO tools, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess return on investment and marketing program effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Creativity, teamwork and strong attention to detail required
• Experience with international SEO, optimizing multi-language sites for both Google & Baidu, as well as smaller domestic &
regional search engines
• Experience building strategic and tactical plans based on significant amounts of data from disparate sources to achieve multiple objectives

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Experience with Contentful content management system.

The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $168,100 and this role is eligible to earn another 5-8% in variable pay. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
