This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Regional Marketing and Communications Manager – Education services and Workforce solutions you will be responsible for:
• You will manage marketing strategies and activities for external education and workforce portfolio in global alignment w Regional Education Asia Pacific, Global Customer Engagement, Regional CS CRM, and countries
• You will manage marketing strategies and activities for local country portfolio offerings
• You will manage external communications and channels in alignment with w Regional Education Asia Pacific, Global Customer Engagement, Regional CS CRM, and Countries
• You will develop and execute Internal Communications strategies via regional and local channels for Regional Activities, including thought leadership, strategic initiatives, key business announcements related to strategy, people, work, partnerships, offerings, and services toward country EDU organizations
• You will supervise and shape the EDU AP Regional management’s messaging and proactively develop talking points for leadership to address important issues. -slides, videos, newsletters, emails, etc.
• You will facilitate EDU AP meetings and events
• You will manage AP contribution to global EDU events
• You will coordinate and implement education and workforce image activities for AP and Countries
• You will collect and coordinate AP Regional 3rd Party Opportunities aligned with Regional Education Asia Pacific, Global Customer Engagement established processes
• You will support EDU AP Commercial Content processes in alignment with CEN team
• You will drive entrepreneurial and SHS Healthineers culture in EDU community by coordinating different employee engagement activities, events and awards by aligning with EDU AP management
• You will accept stretch activities supporting Customer Engagement

• You have Marketing Strategy and Communications skills
• You have strong Project Management and Relationship Management skills
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and like to work with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
• You have creative skills in design and development using design and editing software
• Since you are interacting with international customers, excellent communication skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written) and knowledge of other languages is of advantage
• You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment, and you show team orientation, and customer orientation
• You are a team player

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Marketing and Communications fields preferably
• Minimum of 5+ years working experience, in a Marketing, Communications, or Medical Technology industry preferably
• Perfect Native English Speaking and additional language will be a plus like Japanese or Korean or Bahasa. 
• Have experience studying/living abroad (out of China) for bachelor or master degree ideally in communication, business administration, marketing. 
• Willing to travel up to 20%
