Job Description

What are my job responsibilities?
  • Responsible to execute Logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies.
  • Responsible to coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment related issues.
  • To verify shipment costs and ensure correctness of costs received from forwarding agents.
  • Responsible to ensure orders delivered in a timely manner and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supports all process improvements related to logistics area.
  • Practice diligence to safe guard the company's assets and cash flow.
  • Other related duties from time to time.
  • Employee should actively participate and provide suggestions in managing the business continuity program held in the center.

What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent education in Logistics or related field.
  • 4+ years working experience in related field.
  1. Required skills 
  •   -Basic level of:
  •      Fluent spoken and written English and preferably language of respective location and customer 
  •      Microsoft Office
  •   -Advanced level of:
  •      Administrative and Organizational Skills                         
  •      SAP Knowledge - SD / MM Module
  •      Incoterms
  •      Forwarding and Logistics Knowledge                     
  • Preferred Skills 
  •   -Basic level of:
  •      SAP Knowledge - ICB
  •      SAP Knowledge - Material Master Data
  •      SAP Knowledge - Customer Master Data
  •      SAP Knowledge - Vendor Master Data
