CRM Production Process Specialist - REMOTE

Job Description

We, Siemens DI SW (Digital Industry and Software)-Global Sales & Customer Success-Go To Market & Support Operations-IT Systems-Sales Cloud Harmonization, are searching for a new talent!

We are the line between SFDC IT and the Business Unit that helps to bridge the gaps and improve efficiency by focusing on the SFDC user experience. Our mission is to improve continuously our CRM environment (Salesforce), provide and harmonize global best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st & 2nd level support for SFDC embedded CDSP portal
  • Onboarding of new product for CDSP portal
  • Technical product and price management for CDSP portal
  • CDSP community management
  • Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and
  • production issues reported by end users
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs
  • Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
  • Create testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentation
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and
  • Functionality.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience with SFDC
  • 2+ years’ experience with CDSP
  • BA in Business or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of experience in Operations for a software company
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written global communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Siemens business processes and software systems a plus
  • Ability to Customize Application (creating new fields, workflow rules, email alerts, flows, validation rules, profile & permissions
  • management, etc.)
  • You have several years of experience working in salesforce.com environment and have a real passion for continuous
  • improvement!
  • You are dynamic, adaptable, creative and can work within a global fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
  • You anticipate changes and create, organize, and lead plans independently.

The salary range for this position is $113,900 to $205,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
