We are hiring P&O (People & Organization) HR Professional for U.S. Large Drives. In this role, you will report directly to the Americas P&O Head and partner closely with the P&O Business Partner for New Kensington Factory. This is a hybrid position: 2 to 3 days a week in the factory.

The P&O Professional will provide unrelenting customer service to New Kensington Factory employees, perform full range of HR functions including administration of policies, procedures, programs.

You will maximize value of employee communication and employee recognition/appreciation along with ensuring a positive work environment.

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and inclusive workplace.

Support Open Enrollment, engagement surveys, learning and development, and compliance trainings.

Partner to Talent Acquisition, P&O Business Partner, and Hiring Manager on hiring and retention efforts.

Prepare, maintain, and update employee data in HRIS.

Support Hiring Manager with onboarding and offboarding employees.

Provide support to employees in various P&O related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • BS/BA in related subject
  • Min. of 3 years of HR operations experience in related industry supporting a hourly population.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience working with an HRIS
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
