Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of the Tech Stack roadmap for the U.S. to automate and personalize the digital customer journey. This individual works closely global digital functions and peers.

To maximize the utilization of our digital platforms and technologies, you are required drive the integration, automation and operationalization of all marketing platforms and tools. You will work closely with the global team on the technology roadmap for Siemens Healthineers and your duty is to update the digital marketing team on any issues related to the functionality of our online resources or possible changes to our marketing software.

The ideal candidate should be an expert with operationalizing new platforms and tool including driving adoption. Extensive knowledge of project management, business process development and implementation are also a prerequisite for this role. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent digital marketing and communications skills, deep understanding of marketing technologies including the operationalization process, strong business acumen, strong teamwork, resourcefulness, passion, as well as the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. 

The individual contributor, reports to the Head, Digital Marketing USA.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve our digital platforms
  • Operationalize new marketing platforms/tools 
  • Drive new technologies in close collaboration with global
  • Ensure the utility and functionality of our digital tools
  • Track the progress of our digital operations
  • Maintain and develop marketing platforms and tools, e.g. OneLibrary to increase usage 
  • Own data governance and quality control for platforms
  • Manage relationship and data integration with technology vendors like ON24 for webinars
  • Develop and implement new business processes
  • Overall Project Management of Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Main liaison between MarCom team, Eloqua team and CRM team 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field  
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • 10+ years of working experience in digital marketing or IT
  • Expertise with various digital tools and platforms like marketing automation and customer data platforms as well as project management software
  • Ability to multitask several projects effectively
  • Strong operational and business acumen
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams without authority
  • High attention to detail
  • Superb communications and training skills 
  • Strong ability to work well in highly matrixed organization
