We are looking for a Partner Program Professional for Digital Industries, to be hired with a permanent contract, for our premises in Milan.

Your Challenge

As the Partner Program Professional your mission will be to manage activities related to the Partners’ onboarding and joining the Program.

The role is within the Partner Development organization and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all the local internal functions (Technical Digital Industries and Smart Infrastructure Business Units, Marketing & Communication dpt.), Siemens Sales function (Sales Area Manager and Vertical Managers) and Siemens headquarter Partner Development organization.

Some of the main activities will be:
  • Organization of the Certification technical employees and Partners sales force Qualification workshops.
  • Pursue the Partner technical development roadmaps in collaboration with the Siemens local function: Business Units, Sales Account Manager and Partner Development function itself
  • Check and define with the local Siemens Business Units the certification and qualification content so to get the regional adherence
  • Draw the annual Partner Development Plan
  • Adopt the international Partnership agreements and handle them so to be aligned with the regional standard.
  • Lead the Partners onboarding
  • Get knowledge with the Siemens CRM platform so to updated potential analysis and sales figures for each Partner.
  • · Support the Partner Development function in the data analytics of business development

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Strong orientation to set up Partner development strategies, reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and soft skills to work in Italian and international teams
  • Confirmed experience in the discrete and/or process automation market
  • Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Marketing, Economics
  • Basic knowledge and/or work experience with controllers, drives, industrial networking and electrical products
  • Interested to work on data analytics and CRM
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co build and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
