Position Overview

  • Responsible for developing hardware and software solutions for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment product enhancements.
  • Systems Engineer will report to Head of Architecture, AC EVSE, eMobility.


  • Generate proof of concept for new product requirements based on the existing Hardware & Software platform
  • Specify technical requirements for development team
  • Perform feasibility study for new technology adapatations and cost benefits
  • Contribute to product standardization for EV Interoperability standards
  • Perform product Intellectual property maintenance
  • Identify technical improvements for product roadmap

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters in Electronics and Computer Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Embedded Hardware/ Software Integration
  • Experience in Application development in C, Python for AM335X embedded platform
  • Exposure to data analytics, cloud solutions, application development and test automation
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, specifically EV charging solutions is desired
  • Experience in driving internal quality steps for root cause evaluation of customer issues

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Working Experience of communication protocols SAE J1772, HPGP, OCPP, Open ADR etc used in EV management
  • Experience in EV Interoperability, Energy management, demand response and load balancing in EV Infrastructures
