Introduction:

Acts as Change Agent to derives and implements Lean strategy, policies, standards and guidelines and CIP projects. Supports and coaches cross functional Lean Activities and structural optimizations to support the organization to achieve the operational excellence with best cost, best quality and best delivery

What are my responsibilities?

To work out company level production concept and system introduce to make a lean factory and achieve the productivity, delivery and quality targets., including layout, workflow, digitalization and process optimization etc.

致力于公司层级的均衡生产理念和系统导入,打造精益工厂,提升安全、质量、及时发货率及生产效率,包括但不限于布局、工作流、数字化、流程优化等。

To design and optimize layout and material workflow, and accidental prevention measures, and the respective processes and guidelines of production.  To implement classic Industrial Engineering methodology to increase line balance rate to assure the manufacturing capacities in accordance with the forecasted volumes, if applicable, through digital simulation analysis.  To optimize lead-time and production process by identifying the waste point and finding improvement methods.

设计及优化场地布局、物料流、事故预防措施,以及各生产流程和指导方针。通过工业工程方法提高生产线平衡率,以确保生产能力与预测产量一致。若必要,可通过仿真分析等数字化方法以识别浪费点并找到改善方法,优化整个供应链和生产过程以便优化交付周期。

To systematically improve manufacturing process and workstation improvements, e.g. to conduct time and motions studies and derives time standards for production calculations, to analysis and identify the Improvement Progress via shopfloor diagnostics. To monitor implementation of the solutions, drive them to completion and measure results meet with expected savings and to track the continuous improvements.

系统地改进制造工艺、工作站设计,如:进行时间和运动研究,为生产计算推导出时间标准。通过现场诊断分析和识别改进点。监控解决方案的实施,推动方案执行完成,跟踪持续的改进以达到预期降本增效目标。

To complete the lean standardization, such as definition, structure, processes of standard work and standard working time Support engineering department to set standard working hours.

完成精益标准化管理的相关工作,如标准工作、标准工时等定义、架构、流程制定等;支持工程部门制订标准工时。

To foster lean mindset and digital thinking for company colleagues by sharing knowledge and practices of basic lean tools like VSM, SFM, visualization management, standardization, continue flow/one piece flow, process mapping etc.

通过分享基本精益工具的知识和实践,来培养公司同事的精益理念和数字化思维。如VSM、SFM、可视化管理、标准化、连续流程/一体化流程、流程映射等。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

 

Bachelor’s degree or above required, preferably in Industrial engineering or similar

本科及以上学历,主修工业工程或相关专业

3 years of professional experience in lean function and cross-functional projects within a factory.

3年以上参与或主导工厂精益管理、跨职能改善项目的经验

Proficient in AutoCAD, good command on Plan Simulation is preferred

熟练运用AutoCAD、能熟练运用工厂仿真工具者,优先考虑

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis.

具备精益生产、价值流图析、根本原因分析等专业知识

CET-6 or above, fluent oral and written English.

英语CET-6或以上,书写及口语流利

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication & coordination & cooperation ability, project management ability

优秀的分析与解决问题的能力、沟通协调合作能力、和项目管理能力
