It's your role, here's the part you can play:

As a Sales Enablement Engineer you will leverage software sales tool domain expertise to support sales in reaching revenue, profit and growth objectives. You are the global expert that maximizes the use of such digital tools.

This role will require a high degree of collaboration with various groups like Marketing, Training, Sales and Sales Operations to execute the mission of Sales Enablement.

You will use your talents to improve account management (white space analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.) and opportunity development (value selling, meddicc) through the use of software sales tools.

You work with our data analyst to democratize the data gathered from such tools and create actionable insights for regional sales and management.

You bring your passion and strong knowledge to sales software tools (e.g., Highspot, Quip, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SharePoint) to increase adoption in our global sales team. You will be the first point of contact and continuously work on developing and improving the adoption, and functionality.

Be part of our team, here's what's needed:

The basis of your success is a Master’s degree in IT, Engineering within a technical field, Application or Business Analytics.

Additionally, you have several years of SaaS sales enablement experience or, many years experience in software sales, or project management.

Experience with enabling sales enablement automation platforms like Highspot is required.

Moreover, you bring experience as an analyst, combining a strong analytical mindset with empathy for customers and colleagues, and have a good understanding of products, processes and the business. Strong abilities in communicating analytical insights characterize you.

Technical problem solving: You love to solve technical problems and find creative, out of the box solutions to technical problems.

You have an “automate everything” mindset to improve efficiency across global sales.

Furthermore, you are persistent and have perseverance to solve challenging software problems and dig deep into data.

You have solid people skills and are able to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders.

You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. Other languages would be a plus.

You show a high degree of initiative and creativity, ability to design, build and execute sales enablement tools. Working experience with Business Analytics and data visualization tools to perform insights analysis on varied data (E.g. Tableau, Microsoft

Power BI, Knime etc.) is required.

You bring advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

You have a highly innovative and analytical approach with exceptional problem-solving skills.

The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality rounds off your profile.
