What will you do if join us?

  • Key expert for monthly KAM reporting, prepare and distribute to management, support KAM for administrative tasks to include accounts into our systems
  • Maintain KAM Guideline, review and amend in accordance with business requirements
  • Administration of KAM supporting system and escalation system (monitor reaction time and quality inputs)
  • Coordination collection of ABP, support KAM for proper preparation
  • KAM Training – coordinate trainings with KAM, vendors, and DI; track on development plans for KAM
  • Lead regular nomination / denomination process of our KA / KAM
  • Facilitate annual SIP for KAM, accumulate targets and account allocation, facilitate for annual round tables
  • Support for organization of KAM meeting and regular exchange in KAM group
  • Coordinate annual KA satisfaction survey with internal resources or vendor

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ experience in Sales and/or Business Development in an industrial/digital b2b environment
  • Professional, very structured, and reliable working attitude
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn, perform and contribute strongly to the transformation of our business
  • Effective communication skills with all management levels within Siemens
  • A good knowledge of Smart Infrastructure and / or Digital Industry portfolio and solutions
  • Fluent in Mandarin and as well as in English (spoken / written)
