Description:

1.Business ownership: Have an ownership mindset; consider P&L and marketing investment accountability for the Asia Pacific region. Strategic planning with a 6-12 month horizon;
2.Identifying existing or emerging public opinion or policy issues, opportunities, or problems;
3.Ascertaining and dealing with near-, mid-, and long-term competitions and opportunities;
4.Discovering key stakeholders and audiences, including engineering and procurement professionals, non-profit associations, academics, policy makers, and policy influencers;
5.Developing strategic audience-specific messages intended to increase awareness, enhance understanding or alter behavior and delivering those messages in an effective and impactful manner;
6.Executing product launch activities at the regional level;
7.Conducting buyer journey analysis and content mapping;
8.Leading all elements of the APAC field marketing plan, including ABM and demand generation campaigns targeting existing and new industry sectors;
9.Implementing and execute tactical elements of campaigns such as digital, social, roundtables, webinars etc;
10.Managing the APAC budget, tracking against KPIs, utilizing Hubspot and Salesforce.


Qualifications:

1.Minimum 5 years of previous sales, marketing and/or business development experience;
2.Knowledge in digital marketing and branding, solutions selling, and digital transformation;
3.Broad field, ABM, demand generation marketing expertise gained in a dynamic B2B tech environment;
4.Proven success of delivering effective campaigns across the APAC region;
5.Working knowledge of MarTech platforms, including Hubspot;
6.Excellent verbal and written communicator, both in Chinese and English, comfortable preparing proposals, presentations and speaking in front of groups and C-level executives;

8.Management and leadership experience in sales, marketing or operations function for multi-national corporations, experience in key account management is a plus;
9.Knowledge in Supply Chain, Product Design, and Procurement in the electronics value chain;
