You will provide the onsite technical training for Siemens Interventional Imaging platform at our customer's medical facilities. In this role you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on Siemens Imaging systems and components is facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Then come and join our team as a Clinical Education Specialist for our Computed Tomography Education & Workforce Solutions area in West region of the US.
In this role you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on Siemens Imaging systems and components is facilitated to provide expert clinical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Focal point for challenging Computed Tomography customer situations and/or VIP customers to
  maintain a positive customer relationship and reduce HQ escalations.
• Influences Computed Tomography BA R&D at early development stage as an Advisor. Provides most
  complex feedback and recommendations from customers about usability and functionality to product
  development groups.
• Actively supports the market entrance phase for new Computed Tomography products.
• Leads innovative Computed Tomography product promotions at customer sites, tradeshows and
  seminars. Supports the Computed Tomography Executives with constructing and implementing optimal
  education programs to accelerate customer success with Siemens Computed Tomography products.
• Leads the enhancement of customer relationship throughout the sales process. Provides education
  support to the Computed Tomography and other Sales Executives.
• Partners with product management to provide quality clinical images from customer sites with
  documented clinical background information to be used in marketing and education materials.
• Leads the design, development and delivery of most complex Computed Tomography training courses
  for customers and company personnel on the working aspects of multi-system clinical equipment and
  communicates the technical and clinical information, ensuring that the customer utilizes equipment with
  efficiency and skill in appropriate applications. Transfers this knowledge within the countries, region and
  globally.
• Accelerates Customer Adoption and System Usage of Computed Tomography and future new products.
• Independently performs leading-edge areas of work for the Computed Tomography professional field.
• Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts,
  techniques, knowledge, or processes.
• Displays original thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:
• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree preferred or a graduate from a certified Radiologic
  Technology program.
• Registered and/or licensed in clinical modality required
• Typically, 3+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key
  Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Teaching experience – preferred
• Required Travel 90-95%

The pay range for this position is $ 73,000-101,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (6 %) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
