We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Customer Services Support Operator to join our Smart Infrastructure team. Based in our Bayswater (VIC) or North Ryde (NSW) office, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within one of the fastest growing areas of the Siemens business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager for Electrification and Automation and eMobility Customer Services, the key responsibilities of this role will include:
• Manage all queries regarding parts, sale orders, deliveries and follow ups for EV charging infrastructure and LV, MV Electrical Equipment
• Managing customer requests for spare parts for both current & oboslete equipment. Assist in identifying the correct items 
• Engage autonomously in technical clarifications with relevant engineers, technicians and factories 
• Maintaining and keeping up to date to relevant standards our testing equipment calibration and compliance 
• Inventory tracking and management including stock takes
• Logistics of spare parts and equipment

The successful candidate will have a proven background in logistics management and have a strong customer service focus. Strong communication skills and ability to build sound working replationsps will be an important part of success in this role. Applicants with an Electrical licence or Electrical Engineer degree or have similar background who are able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Distribution Systems and EV charging infrastructure products and services will be appreciated for this role.

Process improvement and digitalisation with the goals of efficiency improvement and cycle time reduction will be a key focus. Demonstrated experience in the introduction of such improvements will be highly advantageous.
