SSME XP VP Assistant

Job Description

  • Complete assigned day-to-day tasks in GMO.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for GM, and write respective minutes.
  • Support and facilitate events and activities.
  • Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements for GM.
  • Answer, screen, and place phone calls in GMO, transmit messages and manage in- and outbound correspondence.
  • Monitor information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Maintain the internal mail-box/document folder etc.
  • Distribute and keep filing documents, support the preparation of presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
  • Plan and coordinate visitor's activities.
  • Manage office supply for SSME XP GMO and assigned teams.
  • Take and transcribe short-hand dictation, provide verbal translation if necessary.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an adhoc basis.
Other tasks assigned by supervior.
