- Complete assigned day-to-day tasks in GMO.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for GM, and write respective minutes.
- Support and facilitate events and activities.
- Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements for GM.
- Answer, screen, and place phone calls in GMO, transmit messages and manage in- and outbound correspondence.
- Monitor information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Maintain the internal mail-box/document folder etc.
- Distribute and keep filing documents, support the preparation of presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
- Plan and coordinate visitor's activities.
- Manage office supply for SSME XP GMO and assigned teams.
- Take and transcribe short-hand dictation, provide verbal translation if necessary.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on an adhoc basis.
