Handling of Business development for Service Sales in North & West region for LV switchgear & type-tested panel offerings.

  • Business monitoring and reporting of figures for concerned region to management.
  • Must be having 3-4 years of service experience on EP products
  • Procurement of customer specific components to be initiated and handle vendor queries to smoothly conclude the vendor finalization.
  • Handling of customer specific retrofit requirements from offering to execution stage ie. till hand-over to customer.
  • Handling of Digitalization projects from offering to execution stage.
  • Handling of Energy management projects from offering to execution stage.
  • Generate & convert leads for the sales of spare parts & service as an offering.
  • Expert services for Simocode, LV panels offered at sites when required.
  • Address escalations if any, from regions pertaining to LV switchgear & LV panel services and business.
  • Coordination between intra-company departments for materials and costing for projects.
  • To provide lead generation to service sales team for business growth
  • Material follow-ups with colleagues and bridge between customer and internal procurement colleagues.
  • Handling Communication related complaints addressed at site- mainly profibus networks.
  • To monitor and take actions on AMCs, open calls, escalated cases, service business targets.
  • Knowledge on Siepan panels, spares and panel servicing job onsite.
  • Costing of Siepan panels in coordination with channel partners and Siepan BD.
