Responsibilities:
- We are looking for 6 to 10 years of experiences in quality and auditing
- Evaluate Siemens Healthineers IT quality management system (QMS), to include policies, procedures, work instructions and records, for compliance with, as applicable: ISO 9001, MDSAP and ISO 13485 as well as applicable standards and guidance documents specific to the audit target
- Develop, design, and execute IT audits and assessments as per the plan using a risk-based approach
- Responsible to decide on audit related targets and resources
- Perform documentation, communication of audit results to involved (senior) management
- Develop reports/ presentations on project findings/ recommendations to senior management
- Articulate technology risks and their impact to the business
- Propose/consult action plans for resolving identified gaps/ risks and responsible to perform effectiveness check on the same
- Identify best practices and promotes their adoption across the organization
- Accompany & support incoming audits/inspections. Liaise with external auditors
- Perform quality reviews of all audit reports and results
- Act as a Lead Auditor and manage qualified audit teams during the audit
Skills
- Profound knowledge/long-time experience with ISO 9001, MDSAP and ISO 13485 highly welcome
- Good problem identification and analytical skills
- Motivated self-starter who works well individually and in teams
- Consultative mindset
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
