What part will you play?

In particular, you will
  • support Siemens Real Estate (SRE) Executive Office Head in all tasks related to preparing internal and external appearances of SRE CEO to transmit SRE's mission, value-add, services and specific business-related topics, e.g.:
    • working in close contact with different stakeholders within SRE to thoroughly understand relevant business topics with the aim to create” to-the-point” executive summaries and/or whole presentations containing the key messages for the respective recipient(s)
    • self-dependently designing creative presentations for SRE CEO for e.g. global SRE business conferences, meetings with local SRE teams
    • supporting the respective business topic owners in ensuring the quality, consistency, and storyline of presentations for internal customers or Siemens AG managing board
    • being involved in the preparation of yearly “strategy paper” for the alignment with Siemens AG CFO
  • be responsible for the design of SRE’s global knowledge platform (sharepoint) and ensure that all related content is up to date and easy to access for the users; besides, you organize required updates of “SRE’s framework” (webbook containing all relevant business and organizational knowledge)
  • design activities (mainly in person) to foster networking and team building within SRE community and realize them jointly with SRE Communications
  • be strongly involved in the content-creation, organization, and smooth course of SRE’s yearly business conference (approx. 80-100 participants on site, as well as virtual transmission for all SRE employees)
  • may be involved and contributing to cross-departmental projects on relevant SRE topics   
  • be part of SRE’s Executive Office and thereby obtain broad insights in SRE overall business, strategic developments and focus topics and be able to establish a wide network within the organization
What you need to make real what matters.

  • have a bachelors or master’s degree or a similar education (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate)
  • have gained first professional experiences (ideally in an international surrounding)
  • can summarize complex matters in a short and simple way
  • have an exceptionally high creativity 
  • are experienced with MS Office products, and moreover have an affinity for new technologies and tools
  • are trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • are self-driven, motivated and bring new ideas to the table
  • are a good communicator 
  • are an open-minded and creative team player, who enjoys working in dynamic, multicultural ecosystems
  • speak English and German fluently 
  • are motivated to work in corporate real estate and would like to use this position as a steppingstone for further development within SRE
