Order Management Delivery Operator
Your contribution to the success of hydrogen as a key energy resource for the world is to ensure that our customers are more than satisfied, thanks to our accurate and on-time delivery.
It’s no easy feat, given the size and volume of our hardware, not to mention the international nature of our industry. You’ll most likely be involved in projects in just about all corners of the world.
Main responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:- Manage customer inquiries and create prerequisites for closing contracts
- Register customer orders and determine delivery dates
- Monitor compliance of delivery dates and quantities and initiate measures to optimize reliability
- Coordinate invoicing to customers, with post calculation and control of order costs
- Design of logistics and transport concepts
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the following background is ideal
- Bachelor’s degree within logistics or business administration
- Significant experience from logistics in projects in the industry process or oil and gas industries
Personal traits
To thrive in this role, the following traits are helpful:
- The ability to switch between working independently and in teams
- Detail oriented and accurate form of work
- Administrative skills and the ability to structure and plan your own work
- Fluency in English, and preferably Norwegian with German as a large bonus
