Mission/Position Headline:       

Healthineers Performance System Agile Coach works with leaders across the business units in China, empowering them with Lean and Agile Methods which enable them to continuously improve business performance

Areas of Responsibilities:           

• You will be part of our core business agility team and drive the organization to live an agile mindset

• You coach our various teams and organizations on how to improve their agility

• You will develop and implement business and technical agile metrics and perform evaluations

• You conduct trainings on agile basics and frameworks

• Conduct workshops on in-depth topics such as agile estimation, story splitting, agile leadership, or lean portfolio management

• Organize agile events such as talks, agile coffees, conferences, etc.

• You will be partnering with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and thus set the base for development and management of other selected HPS core and advanced methods.

Requirements:

• Several years (5+) of professional experience as an Agile Coach (or as a Scrum Master), ideally also at a scaled level

• Relevant experience in organizing and leading improvement workshops, presentation of content, coaching experience beneficial

• In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks such as eXtreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

• Know-How in agile hardware development is a plus

• Business fluent English skills, German would be a plus

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy coaching different stakeholders and teams. You are interested in human behavior and how they react in teams.

• You work very autonomously and network easily with colleagues at all levels

• Self-reflection is a granted, you are bold and like to try out new methods.

• You are used to working with international teams both on-site and remotely

• Willing to travel up to 20%

Education:

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of organizational development, innovation management or in a technical field
