About job role:

We are looking for self-driven individuals professionals to support our field service activity for our future Energy service projects. We need smart engineers who bring skills, creativity, and dedication to the table and help us in bringing value in project execution. He/she must be agile and work in the most optimal way by leveraging digitalization.

Functional Responsibilities:
• Project manager for implementation activities for complex projects of gas turbines, steam turbine and Generators
• Create and maintaining an overall project schedule based on agreed milestones, firmly establishing it with internal and external partners and achieve the project objectives within budget and on time.
•  Implementation of Project Management process & KPI’s, develop project planning, schedule, timely delivery, and control.
• Analyzing contractual obligations, Technical & Commercial specifications, Identify and analysis of business risk for the company and develop mitigation measures, action plan and its implementation to increase project profitability.
• Co-ordination with Sales, Field Service engineers, Engineering, SCM and Finance to achieve day to day requirement
• Organizing the project team and the stake holders.
• Coordination with sub-contractor to achieve the project requirement.
• Effectively obtain, develop, and communicate technical information to both suppliers and customers regarding scopes of supply and services (internal as well as external)
• Maintain FS related documents according to Business Conduct Guideline
• Coordination & Interaction with Customers / Vendors and other concerned authorities, Site & Factory visits
• Maintain continuously the client relationship by regular customer contacts and meetings IN ORDER TO increase customer satisfaction.
• Time to time site visit
• Working with Regional Sales personnel during bid phase to identify customer’s project requirements, risk evaluation.
• Resolve all project related queries from site team.
• Always adheres to compliance & Business Conduct Guideline
