Administrative support for business administration department - student

Job Description

We are looking for a student, who will support our finance department in Bratislava with property management. 

Your main tasks will be:
  • Preparation of  supporting documents for invoicing, in later time also invoicing in SAP 
  • Processing of travel expenses
  • Preparation of reports in MS Excel
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Communication with managers and employees, in Slovak and English language

What we are looking for?
  • You are a 1.-3. year university student 
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • You have strong analytical and reporting skills
  • You are resposnible, systematic and detail-oriented
  • You have ability to work under deadlines
  • You are not affraid of using English in written and verbal form (B1)

Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 6 € gross / hour. 
Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
