Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to Managing Director (MD) including but not restricted to managing the MD’s calendar, organizing MD’s travel and agendas, composing and preparing correspondence as required etc.
  • Prepare all necessary travels arrangements and process travel expense reports for the Managing Director (MD) to ensure timely submissions and reimbursement.
  • Approve on MD’s behalf certain travel and other administrative e-forms.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Director’s (MD’s) office and other company departments.
  • Maintain professional communication related to any inquiries from external civil or defense government department(s) or any other private parties.
  • Present the company’s MD at external communications and maintain brand’s image to its prime.
  • Provide support and ensure effective relationship management with the high officials from foreign, defense and other civil government departments.
  • Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with MD’s senior management team.
  • Provide support and oversight of the office MD’s executive administration functions including but not limited to reception, facilities, telephones, purchasing, equipment maintenance and other duties as may be required from time to time.              

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum graduate from a reputable college/university with excellent communication skills
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience at a reputable organization (preferably international/multinational company) in a similar role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Professional work experience with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
