Solutions Coordinator


3 -5 years


B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications or equivalent specialization


•        Participate in all aspects of a Comfy | Enlighted deployment (pre and post) to establish

relationships with our customers

•        Work with customer’s technical teams and serve as primary point of contact during


•        Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

•        Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

•        Work with internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use field tools (technical guides, training decks, demos, etc.).

•        Collaborate with third parties, and customers to oversee application deployments and API

integrations – ensuring a smooth customer experience

•        Work alongside partners, installers, and integrators to guide our projects to success through multiple channels

•        Collaborate with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth

post-implementation experience for our clients

•        Test and experiment with our product and relevant integrations to ensure the deliverables meet customer expectations

•        Work with our clients to learn and understand their current workflows and seek out and

nurture relationships with power-users and influencers within client sites

•        Track user feedback to help influence the product roadmap and maintain communication

with clients to resolve product issues

•        Shadow our Solutions Engineers, Field Engineers, and Project Managers to establish a baseline understanding of our product and learn about our partners and customers

•        Some travel required

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, and/or customer success experience is required
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software
  • development and web technologies
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best
  • practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills – you'll often be writing materials that
  • will go directly to our clients
  • Detail oriented and the ability to document and track tasks
  • Excitement about working with cross-functional teams while simultaneously participating
  • in multiple complex projects from start to finish
  • Willingness to operate outside of assigned projects and pitch in wherever necessary

Good to have:

  • Comprehensive understanding of network architectures and technologies: TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless.
  • The ability to interpret and explain wiring diagrams for electrical wiring of lighting
  • Experienced in network security frameworks and firewall configuration requirements
  • Proficiency creating detailed design diagrams and presentations with tools such as Visio and Power Point
  • Experience with BACnet
  • Knowledge of REST APIs
