Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Representative will execute all service activities assigned in an adequate and appropriate manner. This will also include all service incidents, installation, preventative maintenance and system modifications on demand. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with very strong technical and customer service skills.
As the Field Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
- Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
- Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
- Controlling and completing electronic documentation
- Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
- Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
- Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support
As a successful Field Service Representative you will have:
- Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
- Solid computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Field service experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes
- Must have a valid passport
