Then come and join our global team as Head (f/m/d) Region Finance Direct Export Sales to actively support the headquarter direct export sales (DES), optimize our processes with global external and internal partners and make an important contribution to the success of Siemens Healthineers.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will manage a team of nine employees with a broad range of responsibilities 
  • You and your team will be responsible for Siemens Healthineers' Global Sales Rights Management for the entire product portfolio
  • You act as an internal consultant for financial topics and as coordinator for the quarterly audits by EY or PWC for the business within DES
  • In this role, you are responsible for the internal control over financial reporting for Regions Finance DES including assessor management, alert remediation, etc. and coordinate the specifics of the internal DES signature policy
  • You and your team support the maintenance of several legal regulations like “General  Conditions – Export, Germany” and coordinate the tasks and responsibilities of “Data Privacy Ambassador” for DES
  • Your IT-team maintains the DES-BA IT infrastructure including all its interfaces, acts as a competence center for the SAP setup and supports the requirement definition and development of new tools and interfaces for project management and reporting. Your team provides monthly KPI reports to steer the Direct Export Business and performs and supports reviews for OTO and OTC processes of DES
  • You actively support any M&A actions, which impacts the Direct Export Sales business operation in a leading role

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a degree in finance
  • You have several years leadership experience and convince with many years of professional experience in business operation, ideally with an international business scope or in a global matrix organization
  • You have a good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (revenue recognition, accruals & value adjustments, etc.
  • You have experience in supporting strategic and cross-functional projects
  • You have experience communicating, aligning, and managing stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior management

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have strong analytical and strategic skills, have strong presentation and communication skills as well as an excellent English language skills
  • With entrepreneurship, teamwork skills and leadership initiative you actively promote collaboration and close alignment of your own team and the DES organization with all Business Areas / Business Lines, with zone and country organizations
  • You are a role model in coaching and developing your employees, empowering their responsibilities, identifying, and promoting their potentials and skills.
