Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In the global compensation team, you will create and be responsible for all guidelines and policies for the global compensation strategy and compensation programs. In addition, you will be responsible for the cross-program and cross-project communication and change management strategy and its implementation on all compensation-related topics
- You will create communication concepts and materials for all global compensation programs and ensure target group oriented and consistent communication within HR and in close cooperation with Corporate Communication also towards managers and employees
- You will coordinate and manage the global Total Rewards community and be responsible for the Compensation CoE's intranet and social media presence
- You will support and consult selected global and regional HR Business Partners on global and business-specific compensation topics. Within the Compensation CoE you are also the global contact person for all compensation-related M&A and integration topics
- In global, cross-functional projects, you assume responsibility as (sub)project lead and collaborate on strategic HR topics and initiatives (e.g. the creation of a global compensation strategy)

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. business administration, economics, psychology or law) or a comparable qualification
- You have many years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and have extensive experience in creating guidelines and policies
- You have several years of experience interacting with senior leaders and executives
- You have many years of experience in the strategic planning of communication activities and change management processes in complex corporate structures
- You have already successfully managed projects in complex matrix organizations, and are used to working effectively with relevant partners across departmental boundaries
Your attributes and skills:
- You are an open personality, appear convincing and confident, are assertive and possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility, a team-oriented, structured work style as well as a high level of commitment and are used to working on topics independently.
- You have excellent communication skills and are familiar with the professional use of social media channels
- You have a very good command of English in order to be able to operate successfully in our international context; knowledge of German is desirable
