This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Lead for Technical Overflow, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Supporting RSC CSR team in process and quality procedures.
  • Oversight and review of both call and quality documentation for RSC CSR team.
  • Individual coaching and mentoring to support business strategy and success of customer interaction.
  • At times, you may need to support in high volume or downtime scenarios.
  • Working to identify opportunities for efficiency in current team structure and output.

  • Deep understanding of change management processes to drive long term positive impact.

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Genesys PureCloud and SAP ERP systems

 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preference for candidates who already work or have extensive previous experience in medical diagnostics companies or similarly FDA regulated environments.
  • Preference for candidates with leadership backgrounds
