The CS HQ SHA Controlling manager is accountable for financial matters of the respective area in SSME. He or she implements the Siemens guideline and R/IC/ to ensure books and records; provides transparency and professional analysis/advice to support key decision making; is the CS RHQ interface to Zone China CS; partners with the relevant regional process owners in the CS RHQ SHA; drives continuous productivity and quality improvement; is the interface for CS productivity in AP; leads CS finance team and support business activities.
Areas of Responsibilties:
1. CS Budgeting and forecasting: Revenue and Expense planning, headcount planning, productivity measures, etc.
2. Financial reporting and analysis: timely delivery of monthly reporting package with high quality, provide comments and alerts, etc.
3. Financial counterpart for regional CS HQ processes e.g. CSML, RSC, EDU, etc.
4. Inventory and asset management: stocktaking, ratio analysis, fixed assets process coordination, AR tracking etc.
5. Support Risk and Internal Control activities, support compliance activities.
6. Drive Digitalization and enhance digital mindset
7. CS CRM Controlling for selected zones
Requirements:
More than 7 years Finance/accounting/audit area
Several years' team leader experience
Knowledge of CS processes & business
Bacheler or Master degree in relevant discipline
Relevant SAP knowledge
International experience preferred
Additional region-relevant language skills are a plus
