DISW offers an opportunity to work with the most hardworking cohort of like-minded professionals operating in the technology sector. We're looking for a very hardworking professional to join our Global Delivery Services Continuous Improvement team as Business Process Analyst on a 12-month contract.

We believe in our creative impactful highly agile team and drive to not just meet but exceed expectations with regard to commercial business process improvement, scalable quality, deliverables, metrics, and customer focus continuous improvement team as part of a dynamic agile, and highly successful company with a startup data-driven, learning, experimentation, and problem-solving collective team of lean problem solvers and frugal innovators.

The Person & Role:

You will come with a passion for employing creative innovative lean thinking during root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement workshops/team activities. Supporting cross-functional data-driven incremental. Whilst having the Ability to question, learn, and implement lean process improvement projects supported by a LSS Black Belt mentor, trainer and fellow teammates

  • Business Process Improvement Knowledge & Experience
  • A qualification in Lean/Six Sigma/Business Process Design/Re-engineering/Project Management
  • Proficiency in Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • An ability to adapt and apply optimally a range of communication styles with cross-functional teams, and management at all tiers of an organisation
  • Willingness to learn, self-develop, and empower others
  • Experienced in Global Logistics/Warehousing/Supply Chain
  • Ability to occasionally travel internationally when required (<10%)
  • Coordinate, guide, and support small shop floor process improvement teams
  • Detailed requirements gathering, planning, and strategic implementation to deliver the best business bottom-line outcomes
