• Web portal invoice management is a process when an invoice is sent to the GBS India team and to where the processer logs into the Billing Automation Tool and picks up the unassigned task.
• The user will then be provided access to the customer portals where he/she needs to download the invoice pdf. Depending on the customer type the user would need to login to the customer portal and find the Purchase order number.
• Once the Purchase order is available in the customer portal the user needs to replicate the details on the invoice into the customer portal.
• Once its transaction is completed user need to Update SAP notes.

• The candidate needs to have prior experience with handling customer web portals with AR experience.
• US experience is important to be a part of this team.
