Then come and join our global team as Digital & Marketing Communication Specialist to be responsible for driving digital and creative engagement, coordinate and execute marketing and communications activities and initiatives, including content and collateral production, advertising, promotional programs and events, and digital process automation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Marketing Communications responsibilities:
  • You will plan, execute, and measure marketing and communications programs as well as supporting corporate communications initiatives.
  • You will manage development of regional marketing communications programs and supports training programs, product launches / commercialization programs, marketing collateral, direct marketing campaigns/ PR, advertising, trade shows, educational programs, sales and launch kits.
  • You will ensure corporate and product brand guidelines are used in print/visual materials and other marketing collaterals.
  • You will develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry trends
  • You will lead and work closely with internal and external teams to organize and implement on marketing and communication activities.
  • You will ensure all applicable marketing, advertising, promotional, training and support materials are in line with HRT approval process for approval to release and controlled consistently.
  • You will engage internal audience and improve communications process locally using internal communication platforms and activities (townhalls, staff programs) to increase engagement.
Digital Marketing responsibilities:
  • You will create engaging, innovative content for social media and digital campaigns to support lead generation and manage lead nurturing initiatives.
  • You will plan social content calendar and scheduling to consistently deliver brand message and product launches.
  • You will review performance data, trends, and behaviors providing analytical insights into channel performance. 
  • You will leverage digital marketing tactics on corporate social media, utilize SEO and/or SEM to promote content, build the brand, and attract new leads.
  • You will manage the delivery of digital marketing and social media campaign plans.
  • You will communicate with the regional and global digital teams to align campaign efforts and generate digital content and/or other digital collaterals.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing Communications / Digital Engagement / Digital Marketing. Experience within the healthcare device manufacturing industry will be a plus.
  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma holder, preferably Degree in Marketing and Communications / Mass Communications /Interactive Communications Design or related field.
  • Experienced in Digital Marketing (e-commerce), web designing (Scrivito), digital multi-media, InDesign, Photoshop, Media production (Adobe premiere or similar video editing software), and Eloqua (email automation tool).

Your attributes and skills:
  • You are proficient in content production with a strong grasp of copy writing skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • You have good communication and ability to work in a team & independently
  • You are a quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of software, databases, and online services
  • You have the ability to develop ideas that result in improvements to existing procedures or projects
  • You are highly motivated, taking ownership of multiple projects and their deliverables
