What part will you play?
- In this position you will be part of the Quality Excellence team within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation organization
- You perform internal audits for ISO 9001/ 14001 and 45001
- You support and conduct Management Reviews for Business Unit (BU) and Sales functions
- You ensure BU Business process management and are responsible for maintenance and update of BU regulations
- Furthermore, you support the business in Social Audits as asked for by customers as well as support in automation and digitalization of BU Integrated Management System (IMS)
- You interact with external auditor and support in certification
- You support process standardization and execution as well as support the quality management in Sales for Systems / Solutions and Project business
- Finally, you support in digital transition of quality process

- The basis of your success is a bachelor´s degree in economy, mechanical-, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject
- You have over 5 years experience in the field of Quality Management especially in IMS
- You have performed internal audits for ISO 9001 / 14001 and 45001 for ISO
- You have knowledge of quality management in project business
- Basic knowledge of Social Audits (e.g., SEDEX) will be an advantage
- You have experience of using Data Analytics tool e,g, Power BI
- You are able to interact and possess intercultural experience
- Basic knowledge of Medium Voltage, Protection & Automation products will be helpful
- Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken complete your profile
- You may travel for 5% of your working days
