工作职责:
- 拓展黑龙江地区服务业务;
- 发掘黑龙江地区各行业不同类型客户的服务需求,包括备件、数字化、升级、改造、现场服务、维修等;
- 配合黑龙江地区西门子数字化工业集团销售同事们发掘服务业务需求,并提供服务业务的售前支持;
- 辅助完成本区域内服务项目的执行,保证服务质量,提高客户满意度;
- 使用西门子系统化业务管理工具,保证黑龙江地区服务业务持续稳定的增长。
能力要求:
- 3年以上销售工作经历;
- 具有自动化或机电一体化等相关专业背景;
- 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和服务意识;
- 乐观、积极,有饱满的工作热情;
- 细致、耐心,具有良好的学习能力;

What are my responsibilities?
- Take responsibility for service business sales in HLJ territory;
- Dig out service requirements from customers of different branches, like spare parts, upgrade, retrofit, digital service, etc;
- Assist in project implementation, to explore more business opportunities;
- Instantly response to customer’s service request, improve customers’ satisfactory rate of Siemens.
Who are we looking for?
- Good communication skill and better to have sales background;
- Bachelor degree of automation or related majors;
- At least 3 years of working experience;
- Good learning ability and cooperation spirit;
- Good reading and writing ability of English;
- Available for frequent domestic trips;
