Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will enrich our team by working as a project manager (f/m/d) for the development and implementation of customer-oriented end-to-end supply chain solutions that reflect on the one hand the market needs of our national companies and contribute to our customers satisfaction and enhance the capabilities of our future-oriented supply chain/organization on the other
- You will support global supply chain process governance and thus ensure the standardization and harmonization of global service logistics processes at Siemens Healthineers
- You will act as the responsible key contact and product owner of your supply chain solutions towards our operational sub-processes in all service logistics units and within the framework of initiatives and projects, also towards our national companies
- You will develop strategic proposals for coordination and decision-making in the management of service logistics
- You will manage projects/initiatives in compliance with budget, time, quality and standard process specifications by using the Siemens Healthineers Performance System methodology and work in close cooperation with our internal and external IT as well as Logistics Service partners
- In individual cases, you will support the operative units with your expert knowledge and take on the coordination and monitoring of globally introduced tools and processes
- You will promote the exchange of knowledge by initiating benchmarks and best practices

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a completed degree in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or logistics
- You have many years of professional experience in material or distribution logistics, ideally in the field of customer services, as well as relevant experience in the process and implementation of international projects (also in a lead role)
- You have in-depth knowledge of general (incl. state-of-the-art) information technologies in supply chain management, including cloud and workflow solutions and SAP. Ideally you have experience in S4/HANA
- In addition, you have extensive MS Office knowledge, especially in MS Access and MS Excel for the analysis and evaluation of logistics data
- Ideally, you are familiar with modern reporting instruments (e.g. Business Intelligence) that are used in Supply Chain Management
Your attributes and skills:
- As you will be working internationally, you will have a business-fluent command of written and spoken English and a good command of German

- You think very customer-oriented and in End2End process chains from the supplier to the end customer and can inspire our customers with our supply chain solutions

- Thanks to your excellent communication and teamwork skills, you will be able to seamlessly integrate into the international organization of Service Logistics
