This is your role. What part will you play?

Across the entire project life cycle from bid to concept and design through to implementation and maintenance, the Systems Integration Engineer will contribute to a range of integration and deployment activities for assigned Service Projects

You will:
  • Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of work results whilst adhering to defined processes, guidelines and project specific requirements.
  • Develop, lead and maintain solution requirements to deliver high quality solutions in a sophisticated environment
  • Deployment, integration and fault finding of system hardware/components within lab or on customer site facilities as required
  • Creation of independent analysis of customer requirements and development of complex requirement specifications for the engineered solution.
  • Creation of required integration and deployments documentation to support projects
  • Control, monitoring and execution of System development and integration activities.

We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?

  • At least 3 years experience in Integration on complex Systems Projects preferably with part of that experience in Rail Systems Projects.
  • Relevant and applied experience in contract and solution requirements management.
  • Experience in Linux based embedded systems design, development and manufacturing.
  • Experience in the product lifecycle management including component level obsolescence impacts to new and existing designs.
  • Experience with design, implementation, testing and management with Radio Communications Systems including but not limited to GSM-R, LTE and Tetra.
  • Degree/Equivalent in Electrical, Control System, Software or Mechanical Engineering.
