- Continue the work on unifying our security/development analysis tools into a single web application, integrating data from:
- Coverity Static Analysis – Providing reporting from release to release and completing the integration of Coverity instances into Jira defects.
- OSS / Vulnerability management – We currently have completed the code to pull the vulnerability information out of the Siemens Vulnerability Management site for reporting, but would like to integrate that information into JIRA and provide for 2-way updating of the information.
- Black Duck Binary Analysis – This is a new tool that identifies OSS within our install by scanning the binary and extracting info. We have data out of it, but would like to integrate it with the existing OSS reports for comparison.
- Retirement of the Legacy Mentor OSS reports – These approvals were grandfathered into the current products. I’d like to be able to generate corresponding OSS requests in the Siemens system for a complete and accurate report of 3rd party content
- Bring all the above information together into a unified view of our product content, as a Software Bill of Materials.
