For our headquarters team of marketing professionals, we are looking for a talented product data and information manager responsible for creating, maintaining, and providing technical product data and information for our digital business platforms, tools, and catalogs to enable easy selling and a successful seamless digital customer journey. Tasks:
- Data and information management: In alignment with our product managers, you are responsible for creating, collecting, organizing, and maintaining technical data and information for factory automation products.
- Digital Business Platforms: You are responsible for ensuring that technical data and information for factory automation products are accurate and up-to-date on digital business platforms and tools like buying platforms, selection tools, and catalogs.
- Community engagement: You are a trusted partner and active member in internal cross-functional communities to shape the way forward about customer information management and the related tool landscape.
Required knowledge and skills:
- You have completed studies or comparable education with professional experience in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information management, technical writing or comparable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the field of information management.
- Practical experience in writing and layout of technical texts (e.g. Adobe FrameMaker).
- You are fluent in English and can capture complex topics fast and explain them in an engageable way. German language skills are of great advantage.
- You have experience working with global and remote teams and are willing to work in an agile environment.
- You are a team player who knows how to act in cross functional teams and delivers results on time and in high quality.
