Mission: Enterprise Architect (f/m/d) in IT to architect the application landscape for the APAC region in alignment with Regional, BU/Bl, and IT Strategy to enable digitalization and guide IT investment in SHS

· You will be responsible for enterprise architecture management (including business-IT alignment and analysis of the application portfolio) and derive IT strategies from business requirements

· You will drive the development of the architecture framework, the architecture roadmap, and the application and data architecture for the business process area you are primarily responsible for

· You will prepare decisions on the use of new technologies and integration scenarios and drive investment decisions

· You will model IT architectures and processes and promote consistent design, planning, and implementation of IT Solutions

· You will be responsible for the coordination of communication with all important decision-makers and relevant stakeholders and advise them on the development of the IT landscape

· You will identify digitalization opportunities and synergies within the system landscape and represent system interrelationships holistically

· You have 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of experience as an application/solution or enterprise architect

· Based on your very good understanding of complex IT processes and your openness to new technologies, you have knowledge of software development, enterprise architecture and its methodologies, governance structures, and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

· You also have deep technological expertise and several years of experience in complex technology landscapes

· You will coordinate with cybersecurity and other relevant organization to ensure China Cybersecurity Laws (CSL) and related regulations are considered for architectural artifacts

· You will work with appropriate experts and take their feedback on Cross-Border Data Transfer (CBDT) requirements and their impact on the global IT ecosystem and architecture

· Experience, creativity, and aptitude to balance the needs of local China requirements while focusing on the global IT ecosystem benefits

· You have broad experience with data architecture and integration concepts and a very good understanding of cloud technologies including what is available locally in China vs. Global offerings (e.g. Azure, AWS, Alibaba, Snowflake)

· Experience with leveraging API technologies to simplify the IT ecosystem and improve user experience is a plus.

· Understanding the E2E value flow of the customer lifecycle across marketing, sales, and service is critical to function in the team

· Experience working in a multinational organization and matrix setup

· Experience with EA tools like LeanIX

· Further, you have a very good understanding of the interrelationships between functional business and technical IT structures

· You have gained profound practical experience in service management, from which your work as an Enterprise Architect can benefit

Education: 

· You have a degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
